Microsoft 365 is designed to centralise your emails into one database. Instead of your web-hosting company handling your email and them storing them on your computer, Microsoft 365 manages and backs up your emails on it’s server.
There are different levels of Microsoft 365 packages that you can subscribe to, from email alone, or including all or elements of the Microsoft Office Apps (such as MS Word, MS Excel, and PowerPoint for example).

Microsoft 365 through Creative Digital is a 30 day rolling contract, where you are able to amend your license’s every 30 days if required.
Monthly billing is required to be paid by Direct Debit which allows the value to be adjusted if the license’s change.
Exchange email accounts from Microsoft 365 come with a 50GB inbox, plenty space for the most active email users.
