Previously we emailed our customers to let them know that Freecom Internet Services was changing. It’s been a long process over the last year or so, but it is finally complete. Freecom Internet Services Ltd will be known as Creative Digital Life Limited T/A Creative Web Design (dot) Life.

The transfer has been completed; you’ll need to know that your future invoices will come from Creative Digital Life Limited. Due to this change, your payment methods may need to be updated.

If you pay by Debit / Credit Card when you receive your first invoice from Creative Digital Life Limited. Press the Pay Now button and select the Credit or Debit Card option – you can also set this as reoccurring, so you don’t need to keep entering the details, and you’ll never miss a payment.

Unfortunately, we cannot migrate your payment details over for Direct Debit customers. This means they will need to be set up again; however, this is super easy to do.

From the Pay Now option on your invoice, press Direct Debit and enter your details – that’s it!

Each month the invoice will be collected on the due date by Direct Debit.
The rest of your account and existing services will remain unchanged, so you don’t need to do anything.

The History Behind the Rebrand

On the 6th December 2019 my brother and myself bought Freecom Internet Services Ltd. We have both worked for Freecom Internet Services Ltd 20+ years and when the opportunity arose to purchase the company we jumped at the chance.
Once we took over the company we wanted to streamline the business and concentrate on the more important sides of the business, we no longer wanted our company to be associated with Freecoms history so we decided to rebrand the company and split out the educational side of the business to its own company. This is when Creative Digital Life Ltd and School Life Ltd were born.

Our aim is to bring you the best possible service at the best possible prices. improving our service to you is our utmost priority as we are fully aware of the past issues that Freecom had with certain services.

We are a family run business and as a family, we put each other first, we want to bring these values to Creative Digital Life.

We are very grateful that you have stood by us for all of these years and look forward to many more years.
