There are loads of ways you can pay your services.
You can even save £60 a year if you pay by Direct Debit.

Paying your invoices by Direct Debit is an easy and simple method, and saves you £5 a month.
Once set up, your monthly or annual invoices will be collected by GoCardless, where the amount will come out of your account on average 14 days after your invoice date. You can check your invoice to confirm the exact due date and when Direct Debit will be taken.

At Creative Digital, as part of our terms and conditions we do specify that Direct Debit is our perferred method of payment for our customers.
This ensures the invoices are paid on time and never missed, reduces risk of services being affected due to non-payment or a service like a domain renewal not being renewed due to no payment. As its an automated process, its also easier for the customer as they know it will be collected on time – you will also get confirmation before and after payment, so you are always updated on the payments.

How to set up a Direct Debit

Get your latest invoice

You’ll need the latest invoice that we have sent you. Alternatively, let us know and we can send you a Direct Debit setup link directly.

View your invoice online

On the latest email invoice, simply click the link to view the invoice online.

Setup a direct debit

Click the Direct Debit button on the page after viewing the invoice online. This will guide you through the process and set your account up with Direct Debit.

All done!

Once you have set up a Direct Debit once, you don’t need to do it again. 
Each invoice that gets raised on your account will be paid via Direct Debit.
